BEAUTIFUL CULTURAL NIGHT

Just this morning I was moody since I didn't get to watch 2NE1's concert. I actually went all the way to the concert venue to check it out this afternoon lmao.

It's 12 am now and I'm writing this since I couldn't sleep. Thanks coffee!

As usual, I went to KL. When I arrived today, I heard loud music and crowds crowding the Petronas Twin Tower. I didn't bother so much as I was almost late for class.

After class, I went to check it out out of curiousity and it was a lucky evening for me! If you know me, you'll know that I love different cultures from all around the world. They were having this Majlis Pelancaran Citrawarna Kuala Lumpur event and cultural performers from all over Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak came to perform their own culture dance!

Performing in front of the Petronas Twin Tower is probably something to be proud of. Lots of foreign travellers came to watch this event and they definitely enjoyed it! It's probably a great experience for them to see our Malaysian culture all at once!

Each culture groups took turns to perform! I went there about 9pm, so I only got to see a few amazing performances from Sabah, the land of hornbill Sarawak and Punjabi!

Best of the best, they had buskers! I love listening to buskers busking! They mixed street dances with music played completely by buskers! It was the best combination ever! Those dancers were amazing!

And then there was a few beautiful models wearing beautifully designed traditional wear!

From cheongsam, baju kebaya to sari and many more all designed by one  talented designer!

I personally love the performance at the end, where all performers, about 600 of them performed a dance together! The crowds were giving their best support by cheering and clapping loudly!

Then fireworks started! I stood less than 300m away from the box where the fireworks came out!

Okay, maybe it wasn't the best firework show but it's still presentable.
