SEOUL TO BUSAN
After arriving at Hongdae and dropped of our super heavy luggage, we went to Seoul Station, board a KTX and went all the way to Busan!
The ride was slightly uncomfortable... I think it's just me, I couldn't sleep at all. Anyway, after almost 3 hours of KTX, we arrived at Busan Station!
KTX Busan Station
We then took the Busan subway from Busan Station to Haeundae to our guesthouse. Note that there is 2 Busan Station. One is the KTX Busan Station and another one is Busan Station for subway. They are opposite each other. Just get out from KTX Busan, walk straight and you can find an Exit to the Busan subway.
We were attracted by the golden fishcakes upon arrival in Busan Station! The shop is packed with people and I heard this shop is famous for fishcakes in Busan!
IndyHouse is really cozy. It makes you feel alive with their colorful and fun theme. The colors they use are pretty vibrant too! Although the bed is a little hard, but considering how good the location is, I wouldn't mind it at all!
Casually checking out on these polariods picture taken in IndyHouse with travellers who had stay here.
A random wall art in IndyHouse. I personally love this the most as the yellow on the building stands out a lot.
Haeundae Market, I would definitely come back here again no doubt. The food here is delicious and best of all, cheap. I had a kimchi jiggae set which includes kimchi jiggae, 4 side dishes and a grilled fish. Maybe because they were closing already, we got ourselves a free pajeon lol. I ate 3 bowls of kimchi jiggae altogether since my bro and sis couldn't finish theirs and also because I'm hungry even after Lotteria.
(NOT RELATED BUT I JUST WANT TO POINT THE FACT THAT MALAYSIA AIRLINES FOOD IS WAY TO BAD TO BE EATEN SOMETIMES)
* I blame airplane food. There were only two choices: nasi lemak with shrimp sambal or egg with sausage. MAS egg with sausage is disgusting. It tasted like it wasn't cooked at all! Since I tried them to Japan, I had a bad feeling when I heard sausage and eggs in MAS flights. I'm allergic to shrimp and crab so I couldn't eat the lasi lemak either. I ended up surviving hunger by 'stealing' my mom's and my grandmother's bread. That's the best food MAS can serve. Bread. Butter.
Tomorrow I'll write about my trip to Gamcheon Village! Till then, stay tuned to my blog, Twitter and Instagram!
