COCO ICHIBANYA CURRY HOUSE, APGUJEONG
My sister and I were craving for curry on the second week because it's a natural thing to do as a Malaysian. You just miss the food somehow. We were extremely tired and woke up just in time for dinner. I remember me being lazy to cook so we headed out to hunt for food and soon, we not knowingly arrived at Apgujeong Rodeo. It surprised me because I never knew I was living so close to Apgujeong Rodeo.
We started looking for foods that suits our taste bud that that point of time and came across this curry house and went in after our parents gave us the approval to eat there.
Chicken tender salad for ₩5,700. The chicken was very crispy and the salad dressing taste so good! It was the cheapest salad they have in the menu but it's delicious!
The only thing I wouldn't recommend you to eat in a curry house is spaghetti, obviously. It may look delicious, but it just didn't meet our expectations. Mushroom pasta for ₩8,100.
Chicken cutlet curry for ₩8,100. You can choose how much curry you want them to put and they charge you based on how many grammes the curry is. Then, you choose how spicy you want your curry to be. From not spicy to extremely spicy. My sister and I always choose 4 shin, which is 6 times spicier than 1 packet of Shin ramyeon. But to be very honest with you, it wasn't that spicy. And for fellow Malaysian who missed nasi kandar's curry sooooo bad, you just found yourself a great replacement.
Extra crispy chicken and french fries for ₩9,000. The name of the dish says it all. The skin of the chicken is extremely crispy and the dippings goes well with the chicken!

Food: 4.5/5
Atmosphere: 4/5
We ate her twice only because we are only allowed to have expensive food twice a week maximum unless we had extra money left for the week. As we stay only 5 minutes away from Apgujeong Rodeo, we walk there almost everyday. The first time we went, we ordered the salad, curry rice and spaghetti. We ordered the chicken, salad and curry again on our second. There's a lot of restaurants in Apgujeong Rodeo but our favourite was this and Kyochon and it's all very pricey. Thus it explains why we normally save money and eat at home no matter how many times our mum asked us to eat some hot food outside but we refused during the weekdays.
