MEETING A CELEBRITY

It was just another ordinary Saturday morning where my sister and I were soooo bored at the goshitel and we decided to head to Myeongdong for a walk again. There were lots of cameras and crews when we arrived so we thought something was going on. As I didn't want to squeeze in to a crowd with  huge cameras above their heads, we went to look for what we both wanted instead.

We were shopping at ABC Mart to look for a new pair of shoes since it was near Christmas and we both wanted to buy ourselves a Christmas present.

I was trying out a pair of Vans when there was a crowd outside ABC Mart. I took a closer look and I knew who she was but didn't bother to go out because it was packed outside!

Then the salesman who were helping me with my shoes asked if I knew who she was, I said yes, my mother is a fan of hers and he said they're here for a charity . I thought I could do something to give back to South Korea before I leave so I ended up getting that pair of sneakers and went straight out to donate some money.

I asked if I could take a picture with her. She happily welcomed me to take a picture with her. I think she noticed that I'm not a Korean since she said 'Okay' in English to me. Many people, especially Korean guys in their 20s lined up behind me to donate and take a picture her too hahaha! Her skin is really nice! My skin is like stone compared to hers!

I'm sure there has to be an idol doing this charity as well as I see many young Korean men and women holding huge dslr cameras running around. They look like fansites admin to me.

My mum and a few friends was soooo jealous when I sent them the picture of me with Bae Jong Ok. Hahahaha. I thought I'm not gonna be lucky enough to see any celebs in Seoul!

My sister and I, we've experienced the winter weather without our parents so we know how it feels to live without warmth during this season. We donated some of our money to help the kids to provide them with shelter and food last winter. Although it wasn't a huge amount, I'm glad that I can help the people of the country that provided me with good hospitality and memories last year.

I know that I said that my last Korean post was the Lotte World one but ever since I wrote about the goshitel experience, I have soooo many things more to write about! I shall continue my writing on my Korea trip that was about 6 months ago haha.
