DREAMING IN DISNEYSEA

Disneyland, a place where every child dream of going. Children's dream came true in Disneyland. Seeing all the Disney characters coming to life right in front of you was the most wonderful thing that could happen to anyone.

We decided to go to Disneysea instead of Disneyland as you can find Disneyland basically almost everywhere, but there's only one Disneysea in the world.

From Ikebukuro, we took the train to Shinjuku and then board another train to the Maihama station. We got off at Maihama station and it was the entrance of the Disney resort line!

It was so pretty and full of Mickey mouse! I suddenly became a child again! HAHAHA I guess childhood dreams are the strongest of all!

Arrived at the Disneysea station! This magnificent view from inside of the station! It was surreal when I first saw it. Was I dreaming? I thought constantly. It was my second time to a theme park, first was Universal Studios Singapore if you exclude Genting Highlands.

We bought our entrance tickets and entered right away not wanting to waste another minute.

There was a heavy rain pour that day so I guess that was why there weren't many people there, which was good!

I went to the shops and bought myself a phone cover as well as a mickey mouse headband as it was my first time to Disney and I didn't have anything to fit in.

After shopping, it was photo time!

I had to chase around both of them as they were playing selfie with my dad. lol That's me with my new headband, trying to chase them from the back. No, don't laugh.

And then finally after millions of years chasing after them, I got a picture! HAHAHA I feel like laughing now thinking about what happened!

Mediterranean Harbor

The amount of peace signs I make. Oh no.

I really love this theme! It's so vampire-y like a place in Sudden Attack. I don't remember if this was in Port Discovery or American Waterfront.

We went to Mysterious Island first because the whole family except me came here for the Journey to the Centre of the Earth. I'm a scaredy-cat so I waited for them in the dark cave for a scary 1 hour.

Then, we went deep down the sea and saw 20,000 leagues under the sea. It was my first time riding a submarine! But I wonder how a kid wouldn't be afraid of the loud and scary noises they made in the submarine. The view outside the submarine was BREATHTAKING. Imagine yourself being deep down under the sea and saw some tiny little creatures, treasures, dead bodies... then you see corals, lights, some cute creature waving at you...

We went to the Arabian Coast! We rode the Jasmine's Flying Carpet and I felt like I'm Jasmine. Only that I'm afraid of heights. Gasp.

Then it was time to queue up for Aladdin's 4D theater show at the Magic Lamp Theater!

I could only understand 20% of what they were talking throughout the whole show and my mother took a nap. Pointless but nevermind. It was so cool! The genie was funny!

When we went out, it was raining heavily again so we decided to play something indoor. We went to Sindbad's Storybook Voyage and it was truly magical. Those little people were so cute and it looked real! The fireworks at the end was amazing! It was the best voyage ever!

Then we went to Ariel's Castle. That castle behind me was beyond my imagination. I see pictures online before going to Japan and I was like, oh, it's a big castle. I never thought the big would be this huge. The exterior design is amazing. Hands down to whoever who built the castle.

I didn't get to spend a long time there since the rain wouldn't stop and we were all soaking wet already. We left after taking pictures of my favourite Disney character, Mickey and Minnie! (The plant version of them.) lol.
